ADMINISTRATIVE PRE-QUALIFICATION VERIFICATION  Submission of bid response : The bidder has submitted a bid response documentation pack: a) that was delivered at the correct physical or postal address and within the stipulated date and time as specified in the “Invitation to Bid” cover page, and; b) in the correct format as one original document, one copy and one CD.  Non-compulsory briefing session: If a briefing session is called, then the bidder has to sign the briefing session attendance register using the same information (bidder company name, bidder representative person name and contact details) as submitted in the bidders response document. The attendance of the briefing session is not compulsory.  Registered Supplier. The bidder is, in terms of National Treasury Instruction Note 3 of 2016/17, registered as a Supplier on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). 5 SITA SOC Ltd

  8. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS  Bid responses must be submitted as follows: 1. One (1) original file; 2. One (1) hard copy; 3. One (1) electronic copy on a compact disk (CD) in Portable Document Format ( PDF ) of the RFB Document and Technical / Functionality Response.  Bidders must adhere to the response format outlined on Section 5, page 13 of the Bid document.  It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the information and contents on the electronic copies is the same as in the hard copies.  To ensure that the electronic copies are not damaged, the bidder must submit the CDs in a sealed padded envelop and be clearly marked . 8 SITA SOC Ltd

DISQUALIFICATION OF BIDS  Comply with paragraphs 4 (Instructions for submitting a proposal) of the Main Bid Document;  Bidder submitted incomplete information and documentation essential for the adjudication of the requirements of this RFA;  Bidder who submitted information that is fraudulent, factually untrue or inaccurate, for an example forgery of credentials, experience, reference letters etc.;  Bidders shall submit proposal responses in accordance with the prescribed manner of submission as specified above. Failure to comply with the above instructions on submitting a proposal will lead to disqualification .  Late bids shall not be considered. 9 SITA SOC Ltd
