It has over 15 different nationalities represented among the teams • The Academy is looking for 4/5 sponsoring partners with ticket sizes ranging from €.100k to €.500k to expand the business into new areas and compete in the “Serie A2” Italian League • Investments of circa €.2,4 million over a 3 year period are expected to (i) acquire a license to play in the Italian “Serie A2”, (ii) recruit 3-4 professional players to play in the League, allowing internal talents the necessary time to grow into the new dimension, (iii) recruit new youths to allow the Stella team to compete in the “Serie A2” without incurring in significant costs for the acquisition of experienced professionals, (iv) finance the development of internal talents through the innovational IKAB training system promoted by Horus Sports and (v) roll out periodical training camps in India, China and Africa with local partners • Stellazzurra will generate revenues from a variety of sources, ranging from the more traditional basketball school, player transfers, merchandising and media promotion and training camps abroad. This will allow the consolidation of the brand across the US, Europe, Asia and Africa • Sponsors will benefit from Stella’s strong positioning on the very important youth market (13-18 years) and international presence since it competes in tournaments worldwide • Innovational promotion channels are used to promote the brand (for ex. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, ecc.), creating among our top players global opinion makers • Stella already reaches important markets like the US, India and China

  5. International Initiatives European Youth Basketball League The EYBL was founded in Riga (Latvia) in 1998 with the aim of becoming a real showcase for the most important European talent. It is developed with a yearly admittance of the most prestigious European and Russian clubs Euroleague International Junior Tournament The EIJT, organized by Euroleague, is the highest level tournament in Europe where the best youth clubs compete. The “Final Four” of this tournament (semifinals and final) is played during the Euroleague Professional Final NBA Camp “Basketball Without Borders” Basketball Without Borders, is the NBA’s and FIBA's global basketball development program, which has reached 1,700 campers from more than 120 countries, with 28 BWB campers drafted into the NBA. Since its inception, the NBA and FIBA have staged 36 BWB camps in 21 cities across 18 countries on five continents. More than 150 different current and former NBA/WNBA players have joined nearly 140 NBA team personnel from all 30 NBA teams The U16 Team in St. Petersburg (2015, EYBL)

Partnerships Stellazzurra Academy is currently running the following international sport partnerships • Vasas Basketball Academy ( Budapest ): for player recruitment and coach workshops in Hungary and Eastern Europe • KK Flash Beograd ( Belgrade ): for player recruitment in the Balkan Area (Serbia, Bosnia, FYROM, Albania and Slovenia) • Rintch Academy ( Oslo ): player recruitment and coach workshops for the Scandinavian Area (Norway, Finland, Sweden) Guangsha Basketball Club (Guangsha, China ): player recruitment in China. Our collaboration with Guangsha BC started in November 2014, • where Stella trains their best talent during a summer training camp Bangga Basketball Academy (Jakarta, Indonesia ): advisory service for basketball school setup and player monitoring in South East Asia • NBA Asia : Recruitment and development of best Asian talents to give them the opportunity of becoming professional players • Basketball Federation of India (New Delhi, India ): Recruitment of young prospects (Harshwardan Tomar, 2001 ranked #1 Prospect in India) • and establishment of training camp program. Ongoing partnership for the opening of a Stellazzurra Basketball Academy Headquarter in New Delhi • Yao Liang Legal (Beijing, China ): Establishment of a partnership for the first All Chinese training camp to be held in Rome in July 2017
