ETDM Review Summary of Primary ETAT Reviewer Concerns � Social/Cultural Resources o Potential right-of-way acquisition of commercial, residential, or recreation properties o Potential to impact parks and historic properties, considered Section 4(f) resources � Natural Resources o Stormwater runoff has potential to impact surface waters and wetlands o Gulf Islands National Seashore is a Florida Outstanding Water requiring high protection o Valuable habitats including estuarine salt marsh and sea grass beds in project area o Multiple Federal and State threatened and endangered species potentially present and protection measures must be in place for each o Essential Fish Habitat within project area and will require coordination with NMFS � Physical Resources o Potentially contaminated sites near the corridor must be evaluated o Bridge must meet required clearances and obtain USCG permit 8
