What would we like HCC to do • Adjust decision to ensure equality of treatment to statutory & non statutory services. • Protect Judo club at the point of sale without the uncertainty of s106 process and appeals. • Avoid ‘land banking’ and ensure continuity of provision. • Explicit reference to judo club being re ‐ provided for on Ariston site.
