SPECIAL SAFETY COWORKING WITH WITH WISDOM GUIDELINES DURING COVID ENVIRONMENT June 2020

A PEOPLE-FIRST PLAN TO HELP COWORKING MEMBERS THRIVE HEALTH AND SAFETY The following pages outline new health and safety protocols that we’ve developed after consulting guidance from the CDC, OSHA, and a panel of expert advisors. These measures are designed to give our members what they need not only to feel comfortable going back to the office but to thrive there, and to feel proud and excited to return.

MEMBER/GUEST ACCESS Upon entry into CoWorking with Wisdom there will HEALTH AND SAFETY be a table set up with a contactless temperature check, contactless hand sanitizer dispenser, disinfectant wipes, complimentary masks and gloves and informative materials in regards to Covid-19 handling and prevention. We kindly ask that you wear a mask in all common areas other than your open office room or private office. *CWW staff will be required to wear masks at all times.

COMMUNAL SPACES We've configured the furniture in our new HEALTH AND SAFETY communal areas to help members stay 6 feet apart throughout their workday. Communication visuals have also been placed throughout the space to remind members about hygenic best practices and the importance on maintaining a safe distance. All common spaces will have hand sanitizer and sanitizer spray with wipes.

CONFERENCE ROOMS Our conference rooms have been adapted to HEALTH AND SAFETY give occupants more personal space . We've reduced capacity by removing chairs and installing visual cues that idicate where each 6 Feet Apart chair should be placed. There will be scheduled down time between each conference room booking to enable cleaning before/after each reservation.

PRIVATE OFFICES HEALTH AND SAFETY CoWorking With Wisdom recommends that all desks be spaced 6 feet apart. In addition, staggered or rotating schedules are recommended when possible to lower the number of people in a space at any given time.

THE LOTUS CAFE HEALTH AND SAFETY Our cafe will be open but with limited occupancy to reduce heavy foot traffic. In addition our food and beverage services will operate under new health and safety guidelines.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PHONE BOOTHS We have provided sanitization stations nearby or inside all phone booths to wipe down before/after each use.

HEALTH AND SAFETY RESTROOMS All of our spacious restrooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

AIR QUALITY HEALTH AND SAFETY To increase airflow and minimize airborne we have put in place Dyson air purifiers in the common rooms and have adjusted the filters in our ventilation. For private offices with windows, we recommend opening the windows during the warms periods of the year and also purchasing air purifers for your private space.

LOOKING AHEAD At CoWorking With Wisdom, we understand where you workmatters - and getting back there is important. Our HEALTH AND SAFETY team has been working around the clock to help foster a safe and healthy workplace upon your return. We also recognize that securing the health and safety of our members isn't a one time effort. It's an ongoing process, one which requires a willingness to constantly evolve and listen to the experts. We will continue to update these standards and our members as new information and best practices become available.
