What does success look like? • Number of veterans attending the Start up Workshops and building the confidence to start a business • Develop bolt-on support to existing British Legion resources • The budgeting simulator supports the veterans ability to maintain financial records and plan cash requirements • Enabling veterans to solve their personal financial problems • Creation of a mentor programme of successful participants on the Start Up programme to support future cohorts • Establishing a business as usual model for a long term partnership • Obtaining quantifiable data on the success of veterans on the start up programme • Contributing to the career trajectory of veterans
