  4. Membership Publicity can: • generate new members • enthuse your own members Best communication is your members: • generating conversations • talking to people • speaking to other organisations in the area to spread the message

  5. How? Have a conversation starter: • wear your Veterans badge • wear your Legion badge This can generate conversation If you see someone else wearing one then engage in conversation

  6. Who? Everyone has a role to play: • many are too shy or think they are not entitled to lead such conversations • who is your people person? • who is charismatic? Put a display in the local Centre Produce a Welcome Pack Get your message out
