SMART LAB
SMART LAB The IMAL Smart Lab is a package of equipment which may be tailored to suit the customer’s requirements, a set of testing instruments which combine and communicate with each other by means of a dedicated management software. Over 250 tests may be conducted with the Smart Lab instruments to European (EN), American (ASTM) and Japanese (JIS) standards, as well as many others. The software incorporates parameters such as line speed, power consumption, resin addition rates and production factors for the on-line process. The platform for launching the “smart” concept into the wood-based panels industry may be constructed through an integrated data collection, as well as being able to measure the degree of sustainability of the production process.
