Feeding Program. Kamuzinda Victory church Provides for the needy, and hungry in the community.
Model Family. The church together with Kamuzinda farm is running a Model family program intended to uplift the living standards of the whole community. • Activities - Teaching and instruction. - Set up a model home standard. - Draw a plan for a model family. - Monitoring and Evaluation/Home visits. - Providing seeds and other farm inputs. - Joint marketing of produce from the believers.
Leaders school. The pastor is leading 35 churches under the care of Kamuzinda victory Church. Most of the pastors have never gone to school, creating a big need to educate them. • Activities in this area. - Conducting Classroom instructions in various courses suiting Pastoral leaders. - Holding graduation ceremonies to pass out the learned pastors. - Allocating suitable pastors to the 35 churches.
Evangelism. Open air crusade in Bulegeya trading center. It is in the church year plan to preach the gospel to at least 12 Villages. The church stages one Gospel crusade once every month.
Church Overseer. Kamuzinda Victory church is also the overseer of 35 other churches in the region. Its main task is to unite the believers in the 35 churches , safeguarding the true Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to see that the five fold ministries can come to work together in the this region. • Activities in this Function. - Praying Together - Revival conferences held for one week every year. - Church physical buildings put up. - Uniting and instructing the youth as the new generation. - Uniting and training the children in all the churches in the right way they should grow.

Revival Conference. Team of specified bible teachers guiding the revival conference. Organized every year, the conference attracts over 400 believers from all the surrounding churches to learn and get refilled with new strength in following Jesus Christ.
