  9.  2 meal breaks per day recommended: 9.30 – 10 am (Recess Break) 12 – 12.05 pm (Snack Break)  Except on Wednesday, the snack break will be at 12.30 pm (after PE lesson)

  10.  Students should be allowed to eat regularly so that they benefit in terms of physiological, cognitive, physical and socio-emotional domains  Promote well-being of students
