Set S.M.A.R.T. Goals A. Definition Are s pecific, m easurable, a chievable, r esults-focused, and t ime- bound goals, S.M.A.R.T. goals are specific and clearly defined. Each year, you should write down your S.M.A.R.T. goals to help you keep focused on your target. B. Questions to consider • Specific 1. What goal will be accomplished? 2. How will it be accomplished? • Measurable 1. How will you measure your results? 2. What programs will use to track data?
