THE STUDENT SELF-REPORTED ACADEMIC RECORD (SSAR) SSAR is the student self-reported academic record that lists the courses and associated grades that have been attempted, or will be attempted, for high school and/or college credit. It replaces the high school and college transcripts used by the Office of Admissions during the initial review process. The SSAR should be submitted and linked with your application by December 1. https://ssar.selfreportedtranscript.com
Tips for Completing SSAR ● If you earned high school credit in middle school, you must list those courses and grades. ● If you repeated a class for grade forgiveness, you must record both attempts. ● You will only report final grades. If it was a year-long class and you earned one final grade, you will record the grade twice (as semester 1 and 2). ● You will link the SSAR to your application. You cannot do so until the application has been submitted.
Reminders……. ● When presented with the option of reporting either the weighted or unweighted GPA, choose the weighted option. ● The unweighted GPA is on a 4.0 scale. ● The weighted GPA is on a 6.0 scale. ● Your class rank is an exact rank. ● There are 620 students in the senior class.
