“New” Tasks • Tasks team members request from team to be completed
To do Tasks • Backlog of work that has been requested to be completed
WIP • The three tasks a team member is working on
Complete Weekly Tasks/Waiting on Info. • Lets the team know what each has accomplished this week • Information that we have requested from vendors or customers
Complete Monthly Tasks • Used to show team accomplishment • Root Cause Analysis • Organized by common tasks
Monthly 5 Why Session • Helps to identify root causes • Generates additional tasks
