  2. Registrations open 8am on Saturday 7 September 2019, Centres may open earlier if needed – contact Heather in the office, If your Centre has Winter members – Championship results from 17 & 24 August, must be final before rolling over your season.

  3. LAWA fee will be $90 per member for the 3 rd successive season. Recommend Centre has a debit card for online payments to Timing Solutions (cheque is OK but slower to activate members not paying online). Recommendation from Member Survey: Centre fee includes the 2% platform fee to more closely align with the total fee payable (absorb in ResultsHQ).

  4. Key information and forms may be found: • In the Registrars booklet, • On the LAWA website, • ResultsHQ support documents, Contact the office or Timing Solutions for help at any time – details in the Registrars book.

  6. • Members agree to LAWA Terms & Conditions, • Includes photo & behavior policies, • Advise LAWA of any member who does not want their photo used, • Centre may add their own T&C. • e.g. Centre policies, behavior policy, parent involvement, volunteering, etc.

  7. • $5,000 spent on bibs and tags to start the season, • Returning members keep the same bib, • Blank bibs available – no charge at registration, • Number will be auto-allocated in ResultsHQ when Timing Solutions receipts payment.

  8. • Proof of age must be obtained for all new members, or if POA is marked as “No” in Status Manager. • Birth certificate, passport etc. • May be sighted in person, emailed etc. or uploaded to ResultsHQ when registering.

  9. • May be a fun promotional day or during regular training/competition, • Insurance covers 2 training sessions and 1 competition date, • May register on ResultsHQ or paper form, • Ensure family is clear what they are signing up for, • Centre must keep a record of participants for insurance and to follow up when trial period ends.

  10. • Complete the forms in the Registrars book and return to the office, • Note the LAWA refund policy – for the LAWA fee only, • Centres & Clubs recommended to document their own refund policy, • Transfers in ResultsHQ include transfer of fees to new Centre if required.

  11. • $150 towards fees – mainly for health care card holders, • Nick/Chris will talk about setting up a product in ResultsHQ, • Talk to the Club Development Officer at your local council if you need advice.

  12. • Check the resources area of the website for ideas for your Centre, • Posters & flyers are available to take tonight if required, • PDF version and digital images for website, social media, school newsletters etc.

  14. • Important for Centres to review nominations before closing date for each State Event, • You can review in your Centre profile, • May not be the Registrars role – awareness for your Centre or if you are asked.
