NBC in Bratislava Establishment of NBC: Establishment of the National Business Centre ( one-stop-shop type) that will represent a complex system of business support and interface between SMEs and academic field. The intention is to provide integrated support to an entrepreneur or to a potential entrepreneur under one roof so they do not need to waste their energy by obtaining partial information, financial or non-financial support at different places.

The primary objective is to design and use all kinds of stimuli to increase the influx of foreign investment. SIEA The Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (SIEA) acts as an implementation agency under the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic for the EU Structural funds. SIEA manages measures that support innovation, research, common services for entrepreneurs, activities in tourism, energy efficiency and new energy technologies and renewables, in a business and public sector. EXIMBANKA The Export-Import Bank of the Slovak Republic (EXIMBANKA) is a specialised financial institution that provide banking and insurance instruments with aim to promote the maximum volume of exports. EEN The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is a key instrument in the EU's strategy to boost growth and jobs. Bringing together close to 600 business support organisations from more than 50 countries, they help small companies seize the unparalleled business opportunities in the EU Single Market. The aim of EEN is to help SMEs to develop their innovative potential.

HORIZON 2020 HORIZON 2020 is the new EU instrument for financing research and development. UPSVaR The Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family (UPSVaR) is a body of state administration for labour relations, labour market policy, employment strategy, and social affairs. SINGLE CONTACT POINT The Single Contact Points fulfil the role of a place where it is possible to procure all compulsory administrative procedures associated with starting a business and with other business activities at one place. In Slovakia, there are 49 single contact points and one electronic single contact point.
