PROJECT APPROACH Museum exhibit fabrication requires a complete understanding of the museum’s goals and expectations; an extreme attention to detail and an expansive knowledge of construction methods to ensure each project is completed on time and on budget. Communication: We view each project as a one of a kind. It is crucial that our production team develop a special relationship with your staff. Our goal as a contractor is to ensure that the concept, design and ultimate fi nal presentation is in clear focus throughout all phases of development. ADM2 sees this as a process it must go through to produce the results that are wanted and intended. Communication with all facets of the creative team is absolute to guarantee that the components are produced to meet the design criteria, accommodate the speci fi cs of the facility, and meet the expectations of the client. Research: After complete review and evaluation of all aspects of a project, we research all avenues of production methods to ensure the highest quality of fabrication. Each item of construction in the exhibition is looked upon individually to make certain that each facet of the exhibition is produced to design speci fi cations while achieving the highest quality in the most cost effective manner. In our research process we review methods, materials and vendors continuously to achieve our goals. Procurement Process: ADM2 evaluates competitive bids within each Six Mile Cypress Preserve phase of a project. Should they choose not to exercise that option, ADM2 can provide insurance coverage for exhibit properties stored within our warehouses at rates based on replacement cost of the actual properties. Upon request, copies of all insurance policies currently in effect for ADM2 (Commercial General Liability, Commercial Crime, Commercial Property, Employee Bene fi ts Liability, Commercial Inland Marine, and Worker's Compensation / Employers Liability) will be forwarded to the Secrets of The Sea organization.
