Project Initiation • Project Agreement • Base interlocal agreement available from staff • Scope and budget must come from the original concept report. • FAQ • When can we start? • Start the agreement in the fall before funds are available. • Can we start now even though funds aren’t available yet? • Yes. Must have an executed agreement in place before you do anything. • Can we do soft match? • We follow the UDOT soft match policies. Should have been identified in the original concept report and must be identified in the agreement.
