Meet our Brand Chef Nowadays, two Michelin-starred Antonio Mellino, is well known around the globe. In the words of Gino Veronelli, one of the most prominent gastronomy and wine experts for the last 25 years: “Antonio is a real master, a man of extraordinary genius, creating unique, unforgettable tastes” . Talented chef is originally from a distant Argentina, but soon he moved to Italy, where he found not only second homeland, but also a real inspiration. Antonio Mellino started his career in 1974, working as a waiter on cruise liners. Ten years on, he opened his fjrst restaurant “Quatro Passi” . Today Mellino’s restaurants in Italy, England and Russia are extremely popular among genuine gourmets of fjne dining. Today seignior Mellino creates menu for Sky Cuisine, making dishes in collaboration with his protégé, head chef of “Podmoscovnye Vech- era” restaurant in Zhukovka – Alessandro Simioli in order to surpass the expectations of the most sophisticated passengers. He keeps the standards, introduced by Mellino, for bringing the Michelin starred dining experience.
