DESIGN SERVICES The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consulting engineer to provide design and permit services, and possible construction administration and inspection services for the infrastructure development at ASR Well 301. This well is located at 16820 N. 47 th Avenue. The well water has high levels of arsenic which will require an arsenic treatment system to be constructed as part of the project. Section I: Project Background provides details of the Well #301 and Section II: Scope of Work describes details of requirements of this project and expectations of the Consultant awarded this contract.

CM@R SERVICES The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design phase assistance and complete construction services for the infrastructure development at ASR Well 278 located at 4902 E. Ashler Hills Drive and water supply Well 301 located at 16820 N. 47 th Avenue. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the design engineers and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The estimated construction cost is $1.3 million for both sites. Section I: Project Background provides details of the Well #301 and Section II: Scope of Work describes details of requirements of this project and expectations of the Consultant awarded this contract.
SBE GOALS FOR CONSTRUCTION WILL BE ESTABLISHED WHEN THE DESIGN PHASE OF THIS PROJECT HAS REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION.
