Performance in terms of sustainable development, Performance in terms of sustainable development, Performance in terms of sustainable development, Performance in terms of sustainable development, "Anti Wasteful" Calixir is committed through : � Process CSR � Association La Tablée des chefs in order to : • Fight food waste • Raise awerness among futur professionals • Transmit the expertise of chefs to young people from sensitive areas � Recycling food waste Result : Organisation of buffets « No Waste» for Paprec group in 2014 � Collection of waste on events : we set up buffet « No Waste » marked on wich we provide disposable trays. Guests can leave with the food not eaten. We sensibilize our custumers before to participate to this process. � Collection of waste in our places : we do have a composter for the recovery of organic waste and give it to a local farm. Our CEO, chairman of the branch catering in the Synhorcat, is the precursor for the recovery of organic waste from the laboratory which are processed into Bio ethanol to power vehicles in charge of this collection. This measure is already practiced particularly among Parisian restaurants. In order to have only quality products, our suppliers are chosen for their craftsmanship and recognized in the profession. In addition, the repository "Qualitraiteur" requires caterers to select their suppliers on taste quality criteria, aesthetics, calibration and ability to generate power in numbers.
