Universite Populaire De Permaculture (UPP) • Permaculture association in France • 16PDC/year • They promote permaculture mainly via their website. • Payment of 25 euro/year to organization • Pathway to diploma is for free-after membership. • 5 Diploma holders, 130 students, 30 permaculture sites. • Students gather,eschange/share knowledge, peer to peer learning.
