Procurement Process RFP FP - Pr Proposal al C Cont ntent ent The prime provider firm must use the information that was provided by the CST in a paragraph to produce a narrative (Proposal). In developing the narrative, the prime provider firm should focus on the technical approach, the experience of the prime provider project manager, project management planning, and the key staff’s relevant experience (prime provider or subprovider) as they relate to the information in the paragraph.
