Parental Rights Toolkit The Women’s Refugee Commission (WRC) created a toolkit to provide detained and deported immigrant and undocumented parents information to help them maintain their parental rights and make well-informed decisions. The toolkit is available to ICE detainees in all longer-term (over 72-hour) facilities.
