Parts of the Job Ad > University Description : Include the UW’s broader commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion – What is the UW’s commitment to diversity? – How is the UW’s commitment to diversity evident across the campus community and the work conducted on campus? > Description of Materials to be Submitted: Request a statement from applicants to evaluate their competencies related to diversity and inclusion – What is the applicant’s experience with diverse populations and diversity-related work? – How might their previous experiences inform their work in your unit?
