Who are we? • The Royal College of Surgeons of England is a professional membership organisation and registered charity, which exists to advance patient care. Our members • We support more than 27,000 members around the UK and internationally at all career stages and in all surgical specialties • We help our members to improve their skills and knowledge, facilitate research and develop policy and guidance
A bit about Outreach North and Midlands • Outreach Hub opened in June 2018 by Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, as a partnership with the University of Manchester • Team dedicated to supporting surgery in the regions by delivering and attending meetings, events, conferences, workshops and more. • Areas we support: West Midlands, East Midlands, North East, North West and Yorkshire and the Humber • Equivalent team in London looking after the Southern regions
