Student graduations • An average of 6 to 8 undergraduate final year projects annually since 2011 – over 30 students • Graduated 4 Masters and 6 dissertations are under examination. 8 ongoing • 3 PhD graduates. 6 ongoing

Summary • Additive manufacturing in the academia and UG teaching is still at an infancy stage • Additive Manufacturing is a global technology with a lot of relevance in the industry. • It is multidisciplinary. • There is a need for a group that will act as crusaders to champion its inclusion in the curriculum of the relevant courses for the country to fully reap from its enormous benefits.
