Community R Resour urces • 18 assisted with birth certificate and/or ID recovery • 11 offered rental and/or food pantry assistance • 25 assisted with SNAP and/or Medicaid applications • 5 EBT SNAP cards issued • 4 financial assistance eligibility appointments made • More than 5 free cell phones issued • 49 bus passes distributed

Employment & Job R Readi diness • 75 individuals visited the section • 7 provisional hires made !! • 10 same day interviews conducted • 9 follow-up interviews scheduled • 9 assisted with resume completion

Hous using • 4 individuals sheltered/bridge housed • 4 individuals permanently housed • 19 housing assessments performed

Health Care Medical, Dental, Vision, Hearing, and Mental & Behavioral • 40 same-day well visits • 50 follow-up medical and dental appts. made • 64 vision screenings • 5 hearing screenings • 33 blood pressure screenings • 20 immunizations administered • 9 cervical spine screenings • 100 oral health/diabetic foot screenings

Le Legal A Aid • 6 tax consultations • 6 new case applications & 2 modification requests for child support • 10 follow-up appointments scheduled

Outr treach More than 42 individuals were transported to the event from locations throughout Southern Nevada.

Families with th Children • 14 connected to WIC • 31 sign-ups for parenting classes • Information distributed on affordable childcare, afterschool programming, and more • 12 received home goods

Teens & & Young A Adults • 1 youth sheltered • Information distributed on programs, housing, jobs, & more • 31 hygiene kits distributed

Seniors & Veterans • Information on veterans benefits, housing, fraud prevention, caregiving, & more • 200 pairs of socks distributed

Pe Pets • 42 pets served • 16 received vaccinations • 32 received supplies and/or food • 12 groomed

The Con onnec ect Store & e & Food ood • 252 individuals and households served through clothing and home goods distribution, including: • 190 bottoms • 230 tops • 49 pieces of business attire • 75 pairs of shoes • 83 pairs of sock • 32 boxes or bags of diapers • 125 blankets • 2,770 pounds of dry goods • 100 Bibles distributed • 500 White Castle burgers
