Preparation prior to disinfection • Prior to disinfection the surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned • Cleaning removes 95% of all dirt including micro- organisms • A clean surface requires the minimum dosage of disinfectant with the maximum effect

Content Glutaraldehyde: Gluteral (150 grams per litre) • A disinfecting agent from the range to which Formaldehyde also belongs. The mechanism is the same for both: Destruction of cell proteins of especially micro-organisms • Glutaraldehyde does not have the carcinogenic suspicion of Formaldehyde, a far higher boiling point (not active in gas phase) and less toxicity.
