WHERE WE ARE Our offices and laboratory are located in a region historically known for its food production and export to other countries. We are 2 to 4 hours from any point in the Spanish territory, meaning we have a rapid and efficient response and action.

SFS-23-2016 Improving the technical performance of the Mediterranean aquaculture
What we can offer • We have strong relationship with important Institution like Universities of Murcia and Alicante where exist well known researching groups dedicated to Mediterranean aquaculture. • Furthermore, we work and represent some important fish industries from Spain, and fish wholesale markets located in Mediterranean area. • We are located in the south-east of Spain, in Mediterranean Area (allowing us to have close contact with all actors implicated).
What we can offer • Another import value of our activity is the experience assisting enterprises about importation and exportation, ensuring food safety requirement in the whole process. • Our authorized Lab of Public Health is able to accomplish different kind of food and water analysis: physicochemical (heavy metals, histamine, PCB ...), microbiological, nutritional, food shelf life studies • We also have broad experience designing and teaching courses and talks about food safety, enables us to accomplish this important task inside the project.

SFS-26-2016: Legumes - Transition paths to sustainable legume-based farming systems and agri-feed and food chains
What we can offer • Traza works with more than 600 food operators, including SMEs. • With our help and promotion, some of our clients can design and develop new products based on legumes. • Thanks to our experience in traceability systems we can contribute to improve and ensure food safety and quality along the food chain.

What we can offer • Thanks to our daily work, we are close to the consumer meaning we can collect scientific data about consumer practices in order to detect the main risks and design mitigation strategies. • We also have broad experience in designing, teaching courses and talks about food safety, this enables us to accomplish the teaching tasks with the aim of reducing food borne hazards.
