Securing Our Schools • Technology: o Upgrading Visitor Management System hardware and software o Improving side and rear door access points o Adding elementary school cameras • Infrastructure: o Completed eight entrance vestibule projects o Completed systemwide classroom door key inventory and work orders for replacement keys • Training o Working with public safety partners to develop updated drill protocols and training o Provided initial training on new drill protocols and school safety planning for all principals • Initiating a re-fingerprinting program for all employees 11
