E.R. Offshore – Profile E.R. Offshore is part of the E.R. Group E.R. Schiffahrt historically focused on container vessels, the company diversified into offshore in 2006. For this purpose E.R. Offshore was founded E.R. Offshore is a ship management company which controls a fleet of 6 OSV´s Established a joint venture with OMA Ghana called E.R. Offshore Ghana Ltd. 3
Company Leadership WILLEM DEKKER Managing Director E.R. Offshore Willem Dekker has 23 years of experience in the offshore and shipping business. He started his career in 1991 at the Royal Nedlloyd Group in Rotterdam. Within Nedlloyd Lines (later P&O Nedlloyd) he was responsible for the chartering of container vessels as well as the procurement of new container vessels. In 2003, Mr Dekker joined E.R. Schiffahrt where he was in charge of Fleet Management, Newbuildings and Procurement before he became a member of E.R. Schiffahrt’s Management Board until end 2014. Since 2006 involved in the offshore activities within the E.R. Group. 4

SEP 2008 E.R. Group acquires all remaining EARLY 2006 company shares of OSM Schiffahrt E.R. Offshore enters the offshore GmbH & Cie. KG of the previous market by its group ordering six 50:50 joint venture with OSM UT755 PSV vessels from STX Norway. OSM Schiffahrt is Europe, Norway renamed E.R. Offshore GmbH & Cie. KG NOV 2006 Erck Rickmers Group forms a 50/50 joint venture with OCT 2008 The company’s ship order book the Norwegian OSM Maritime continues to grow, now including Group, managing eight PSVs four additional PSVs – two UT 755 ordered by the group and two UT 776-type vessels – plus anchor handling tugs, all to be END OF 2006 The company’s group purchases delivered by 2010 three modern secondhand PSVs which the company then 2010 In Brazil, E.R.
