  6. Bounce Back: Designing and Building the Space to maximise impact Support from the industry enables us to design the space in a creative and welcoming style with corporate support and sponsorship. Scaffolding furniture will be used to furnish the space and will be made by our participants With total flexibility the training bays are moveable to allow for changes in courses and numbers. This way we are able to respond to the different needs of the construction industry and create courses to meet these needs. We are very familiar with having ‘pop up’ spaces so understand flexibility Creating the space – a training project will be done by participants where possible. Working to change the space from a shell in partnership with JM Scully and/or allocated Berkeley contractors, we would ideally like our participants to be involved in the fitout as part of their training.

  7. Bounce Back: Partners CGL Architects : Outline floorplan provided by CGL Architects who have agreed to support us to completion on the project if required. JM Scully : Fitting to be done by them and they will employ our trainees on site to do the work Allandale : Scaffolding for furniture to be supplied by them and furniture made by our participants Tektura : Wallpaper, additional training Construction and Corporate partners: Land Securities, Mace, Mitie, Wates, Keltbray, Sherman, Boots and others will provide jobs both for our decorators and employ individuals through their supply chains
