Project Needs
Primary Project Objective PIN 9038.26 Provide enhanced bicycle and pedestrian accommodations that provide a direct route from the Greenway on Pennsylvania Avenue to the intersection of NYS 434 & Murray Hill Rd, which provides network connectivity for non-motorized transportation, limits motorized vehicle conflict points, and provides a facility that is separated from the road to the extent practical.
Secondary Project Objective PIN 9038.26 • Advance the development of the Two Rivers Greenway • Construct a project that is consistent with existing and future segments of the Greenway network. • Maintain at least a Level of Service C on NYS Route 434 and Vestal Avenue or maintain at least the anticipated no-build LOS where it is already or anticipated to be less than a LOS C.
