NSK GROUP About Us, NSK Group NSK Group includes the companies NSK Automotive, NSK Hot Metal Forging, NSK Rubber Production Plant, RAN Industrial Products, and NSK Do Brasil. Over 10.000 ROTA-branded OEM reference steering wheel and suspension parts produced by NSK Automotive are presented around the world by the Istanbul-based company RAN Industrial Products through its sales network in domestic and abroad. In addition, the company Brazil-based NSK Do Brasil is rapidly popularizing ROTA- branded steering and suspension parts in the domestic market through its warehouse and sales network. Exporting 85% of its production, ROTA supplies 20% to its OEM/OES customers. ROTA has the control of entire production processes of its products and exports them to over 100 countries in 5 continents at the best quality, in time with competitive prices.
NSK HOT METAL FORGING About Us, NSK Hot Metal Forging NSK Hot Metal Forging operating under NSK Group, along with its forging, molding, and machining sections, maintains its activities in Karacabey, Bursa with its 98 employees working in a total area of 5.000 m2, of which 3.500 m2 is closed. NSK Hot Metal Forging, which operates Sales and Marketing activities in its own organization, works with friction/eccentric presses and drop hammers with an annual forging capacity of 12.000 Tons. Our company supplies with the hot metal forging requirements of domestic and international OEM and OES customers as well as NSK Automotive ’s which is one of our group companies. NSK Hot Metal Forging produces carbon and alloyed steel parts between 0,10-20 kg. in different sizes and forms. Our company has the IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certificates which confirm that our products and services are provided in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
NSK RUBBER-METAL MANUFACTURING PLANT About Us, NSK Rubber-Metal Manufacturing Plant NSK Rubber-Metal Manufacturing Plant has begun production in July 2016 within the NSK Hot Metal Forging company, which is a member of NSK Group, in the direction of increasing share in the OEM market. All static, dynamic and life tests of the products manufactured in NSK Rubber-Metal manufacturing plant by OEM standards are carried out in the laboratories and test centers of NSK Group according to OEM requirements.
NSK HOT METAL FORGING From past to now 1950 - Foundation of NSK Hot Metal Forging as a workshop. 1958 – Started producing parts and equipments for agricultural vehicles. 1968 – Increased its capacity with having the new Factory building which is the current building of « Forging Factory » . 1982 – Started producing steering and suspension parts. 1993 – Received its first Turkish Standards (TSE) Institute certificate. 1995 – First export in its history made to Greece. 1997 – Certified with ISO 9001 quality certificate. 2016 – Increased its capacity with the Rubber – Metal Production Plant. 2018 – IATF 16949:2016 certificate is received.
NSK HOT METAL FORGING Production We manage all process that demands high-technology, information and high standards and that ranges from technical drawing to molding process, from solid modelling to its final shape in vertical machining center under a single roof at NSK Hot Metal Forging. Quality Laboratory From a product’s concept stage to the point when it becomes a final part, all processes are followed at NSK Hot Metal Forging Quality laboratory using the « IFS- ERP » program. We aim to carry out an error-free production by the measuremental, mechanical, and fracture related inspections performed after continuously improved production processes. Analysis and measurements performed at NSK Hot Metal Forging ’s laboratory; - Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness measurements, - Spectrometer material chemical analysis, - Magnetic particle fracture inspection, - Dimensional inspection, - 3D measurements,
NSK HOT METAL FORGING Production Molding Shop We develop our molds “perfectly” in order to produce designed products error-free using our; - Universal lathes, - Universal milling machine, - CNC Vertical Machining Centers, - Welding machines with various Powers. Engineering and Product Development Experienced staff at NSK Hot Metal Forging’s Engineering Department develop molding and apparatus designs within the shortest time using Solidworks and Cimatron computer programs. The engineering department designs all forging processes in the most efficient way and as a result of this, high quality products are manufactured in the most economical way possible.
NSK HOT METAL FORGING Production Hot Forging Forging operation from 100g to 20 kg. can be carried out by NSK Hot Metal Forging’s machine park. Increasing its monthly steel consumption to 600 metric tons, the company rapidly meets special customer requirements.
