Project Progress 1. Executed the Memorandum of Understanding with Vornado in March for them to: Move their storefronts back 27 feet to widen the 33 rd Street Concourse; a. Construct the new 33 rd Street entrance; and b. c. Renovate the concourses and back-of-house and operate all retail spaces. 2. Agreed to use Skanska as design-builder: a. Skanska and Vornado are building Moynihan. 3. Now seeking Board approval for the Phase 1 entrance development agreement: Agreed price is within MTA’s independent cost estimate; a. b. Trade subcontracts to be competitively bid and cost savings to be shared; and c. 36% M/W/VBE goals for overall project. 2
