REPRESENTATIVE CASE STUDY North East Transit Center Pompano Beach • 1,932 SF, one-story Broward County bus transit support building • Site serves as the Northeast Transit Center for Broward County and is located on the southwest corner of Dixie Highway and Hammondville Road in Pompano Beach, FL • Building includes a service office area for passengers to obtain information on the County’s transit system and to purchase passes. • Separate Men’s / Women’s Restrooms

Kendall Drive / SW 149 Avenue Park and Ride Facility • Park & Ride connects riders to the Dadeland North Metrorail Station through bus routes 288A and 288. • The new facility has bicycle parking and a total of 161 spaces, including designated parking for vehicles with baby stroller permits and six spaces for riders with disabilities.

City of Doral FIU Trolley Expansion • Offering a new option for FIU students and Doral residents • Helps traffic congestion but also brings students to the City of Doral • All routes will have a spare trolley on hand, improving reliability
