  34. Tracking Usage • Do you check your invoice to see if the NOI credit was applied? • Do you log into K12 and Processor Link to monitor your usage? • Do you have the NOI product catalog from your distributor?

  35. Usage • Use 10% of NOI funds each month, or more. • By the end of the SY 100% usage, or sooner • Balances will not roll to SY 2021.

  36. State Balance States are not allowed to carry more than 6 months inventory at any time. Excess inventory beyond this can be transferred to another State by USDA without permission.

  37. Requested lbs. • Attempts are made to get full trucks. If not full trucks, a partial truck will be attempted. • Partial trucks might be rounded up or down slightly. If this is the case requests will be adjusted to meet the amount available.

  38. Unused lbs. January – February of each year unused lbs. are transferred to Districts that have used all their lbs. allocated or are very close to doing so. This is also completed on a case by case basis prior to this.

  39. Federal Regulation • Federal Regulation 7 CFR 250 • Districts must be at 30% usage by October and by January 60% usage at the committed manufacturers. • Balances at manufacturers can not exceed six months.
