1. Librarian is the nodal person 2. Nodal person sends the list of all users of the Institute (e-Mail ID, First Name, Last Name) in a CSVfile 3. Nodal person send it to ndl-support@iitkgp.ac.in with a copy to rajendra.singh1310@gmail.com 4. Automated mail goes to each user with a link within 48 hours 5. User needs to click the link to activate and complete his/her registration NOTE BULK Collect the users ’ personal eMail that they regularly use REGISTRATION 1. 2.
