We have moved back to 100% average grades not the Point grading system as we used at YES.

First Nine Weeks (2 nd grade review): Addition Test, Subtraction Test Second Nine Weeks: Multiplication 1 – 5 (Facts to 50) Third Nine Weeks: Multiplication 1 – 10 (Facts to 100) Fourth Nine Weeks: Division Facts Please practice these facts at home.   18. Wonders/McGraw Hill – Our reading timeline for each story is approximately two weeks. We typically test every other Friday. *Chapter Books Spelling – spelling test will be give day before reading test. Students edit sentences in Spelling Tests . Grammar/Writing – Parts of speech and writing Reading and Grammar/ Language Arts are now graded together as an ELA grade. Reading Assessments: 40% Classwork: 40% Grammar/Spelling/Writing: 20%
