Driving within the School • Adhere to the speed limit of 15km/h when driving in school compound • Get your child ready in advance to alight when approaching the alighting bays at the main foyer/transport hub

Key Points to Note • Follow instructions by Traffic Wardens/Marshals on duty • Be patient, Be considerate; Be Gracious – Do not honk within school compound – Avoid overtaking – Seek help from our personnel on duty when required

Illegal Parking along Bright Hill Drive/Sin Ming Ave in front of Ai Tong School • No parking along Bright Hill Drive (just outside the school) – Is illegal (Double Yellow Lines) – Will result in unwanted congestion – Be considerate to other road users – Dangerous for your child due to expected heavy traffic

Parking Arrangement • Parents are advised to park at nearby carparks if early. • LTA Officers may be at hand to enforce strict compliance • No parking in school – Parking facilities are available (@Mid-View City or nearby public carpark)

ATS Visitor Management & SafeEntry for Visitors

Visitors to School • The school follows the guidelines provided by MOE with regard to visitor management procedures: – All visitors are to obtain a visitor’s sticker from the security post after scanning the ATS Visitor Management System & SafeEntry QR code. – You will be required to present your NRIC/equivalent form of identification documents for verifications. – The General Office staff at the foyer will provide further assistance to your request. • All parents are prohibited from going to the classroom, staff room and canteen on their own

Visitors to School • No visitors allowed during dismissal from 1315 till 1400 hrs. • Visitors to enter from Gate C. • Please wait outside the designated school gates (A, B & E) during dismissal

Trace Together Token for P1 • Schools have been identified as one of the venues where Trace Together-only SafeEntry (TT-SE) is required due to high human traffic and prolonged periods of contact between individuals. • All staff, students and visitors will be required to use the TT App or Token in school from January 2021. Details will be announced in mid Dec 2020

Temperature-Taking Exercise • Daily Temperature Taking Exercise will be conducted. • All students are responsible to have a working thermometer in their bags • Inculcate personal responsibility & hygiene
