● Move all colleges from “Colleges I’m Thinking About” to “Colleges I’m Appyling To”

● Add any colleges where you have applied to “Colleges I’m Applying To” ● Add any colleges you are strongly considering to “Colleges I’m Applying To” ● You should have anywhere between 3-6 colleges or so. Not set in stone and will vary from student to student.

● Check out the list of schools visiting Wheaton North and sign up via your Naviance Account. ● “Falcon Information Sheet”: Complete and turn it into your counselor (Salmon Color) ● Find out if you need teacher letters of rec by visiting the admissions page of your prospective schools. ● Fill out a teacher rec form if you do. Make sure to ask your teacher first. (Green Form)

This will take you to the college’s application or • to the Common Application. • Complete the application and make note of whether you need any teacher/counselor recommendations and if so how many. Bring your transcript request directly to your • counselor.

This is the only form that we use – no • send.edu Transcript Release Forms can be found in the • Counseling Center on the wall – Green Form Turn in Transcript Release Form to your • counselor for each school you apply to with $5 (cash or check payable to Wheaton North High School). ***Please turn in transcript request at least 10 days before the application deadline***

Go to ACT .org or • CollegeBoard.org to send your ACT and/or SAT scores You can check your College • Board or ACT account to verify if they were already sent.
