Bike Park The bike park attracted in excess of 4,500 dedicated bikers to the free, undercover & secure bike park provided at the show. Sponsorship of this feature will include: • Bike Park branded ‘your company’ wherever mentioned (within our control) including: • You Are Here Boards, Show Website, Directional signage within Halls & On Roads within NEC, Press Releases • Any other opportunity arising suitable for the promotion of the Bike Park • Dedicated Page on Show website • Numbered and Branded Wristbands issued to all bike park users (see below example) • (Opportunity to add call to action/promotion) • Opportunity to distribute literature and interact with visitors within the Park • Opportunity to place banners on crowd control barriers in bike park (to be supplied) • Social networking links/updates referencing the Bike Park (74k+ Facebook Fans and 20k Twitter Followers) Cost: £5, 000 + VAT (Exhibitor Cost), £6,000 + VAT (Non-Exhibitors) Each bike will have a wrist band attached to it. The rider will receive a matching, numbered wristband—only when the two bands are matched up will a bike be released from the park .

Chill Out Zone/Bar There will be two chill out zones/seating areas, each offering visitors a place to take a break in a relaxed environment immersed in a brand - whilst presenting an opportunity for an experiential offering. With the inclusion of a branded bar and a catering area this is a unique opportunity to reach all visitors. The area can be named as deemed appropriate by a sponsor and will appear on graphics within the area, on the Motorcycle Live website, Show Programme, ‘You are Here’ boards and directional signage.
