Implementation of the Regional Bike and Pedestrian Transportation Plan will make the Morgantown area a national leader in bicycling and walking safety and accessibility. Active transportation will be fully integrated into local and regional policies, programs and infrastructure projects, helping to safely connect destinations throughout the region. New streets and roadway projects will be designed to encourage people of all ages and abilities to choose walking and bicycling for both transportation and recreation. May 21, 2019 4
