  11. Player Expectations Academics – All players are held to a high standard in • placing academics as their first priority and maintaining eligibility for extra-curricular activities • Attendance – Punctual attendance for all team practices, games and events is mandatory unless previously communicated and approved by the coach. • Communication – All communication to coaches, teammates, officials and parents should be respectful and appropriately timed Remember to be ambassadors or your school in the community, taking pride and making a conscious effort to represent your school, community, and program will respect and admiration. This includes: • The way you interact and treat your peers, parents, siblings, coaches, teachers, and adults • The way you use all social media • Decisions you make in and out of your school environment

  12. Parent Expectations • Support – We are always looking for parents to volunteer to improve the overall experience of the program for all players. We also ask parents to support their daughter, her team and coaches throughout the season. • Communication – Coaches are open to communicating with parents on a “as needed” basis but topics that are not available for conversation with parents are: playing time, position, strategy and/or tactics or other players. If there are concerns on any of these topics, these conversations should take place between the player and coach directly. • If the player and coach have had an opportunity to discuss concerns related to any of the above topics and there is no resolution, a time can be scheduled to meet in person with the coach, player and parents to work towards resolution. • Respect – We ask parents respect the players, coaches, and officials in all circumstances

  15. Mounds View High School Girl rls Soccer r Uniform rm/Equipment Policy At the beginning of each season, every player in our program will be equipped with home and away jerseys, shorts and a practice jersey. Home and away socks will also be available for purchase and will be kept by the players. The uniforms, however, must be properly cared for in order to allow our program to be able to hand down sets from previous years, while maintaining a polished look. Here are our guidelines: • Players are not allowed to wear any part of their uniform; shorts or jerseys to practice at any time. • Players will be responsible for properly and consistently washing their uniforms and removing stains in a timely manner. • Players will turn in their uniform upon completion of their season in full and in good condition, minus normal wear and tear of a season, or will be responsible for any missing or damaged parts • Players that receive warm-ups and backpacks will return the items in good working order, minus normal wear and tear of a season, or will be responsible for it’s replacement.
