  3. PURPOSE To implement the redline revisions to the Draft Plan of Subdivision, which was endorsed by Council and approved by LPAT in March 2020. Changes to Existing Zoning • Open Space Zone along the northern border to reflect the berm that will provide an acoustic barrier between the proposed residential lots and the existing industrial uses to the north • Minor revisions to the existing Open Space Zones to reflect an increase to the Park and reduction in the size of the Stormwater Management Pond • Removal of the UR1 Zone to reflect the revised unit mix on the approved Draft Plan

CHR HRONOL ONOLOG OGY Y OF OF APPROVALS • October 29, 2014 – Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning Bylaw Amendment was approved by OMB (now LPAT) • March 4, 2020 – Redline revisions to Draft Plan was endorsed by Council • March 11, 2020 – Redline revisions to Draft Plan was approved by LPAT • August 24, 2020 – Public meeting to present minor adjustments to the zoning to implement the approved subdivision.

MIDHU IDHURST SEC ECON ONDARY PLA LAN • Site is designated “ Midhurst Low Density Residential ” and “Environmental Protection Area II” in the Midhurst Secondary Plan • The Low Density designation permits a range of ground-related housing and open space uses, which predominantly include detached and semi-detached dwellings.
