  4. K03-35718: Performing Arts Project Summary: Small capital repairs. Status:  Floor replacement design complete.  Procurement will begin in the new year in order for construction to begin after Memorial Day 2018.

  5. K07-35721: Maintenance & Operations Building and District Warehouse Project Summary: New facility for M&O to replace existing structures, from both campuses, that are in disrepair; Storage facility/metal structure for District storage for surplus property, program storage, etc.; The following programs are also included: Police, Reprographics, Graphic Design, Shipping & Receiving. Status:  100% SD under review  Review project budget soft costs and construction costs, design/constructability review to begin

  6. K11-35715: Athletic Synthetic Turf Fields and Restroom/Storage Facilities Project Summary: Replace existing natural grass field with synthetic turf fields with associated markings for various sports, restroom facility, addition to existing gym complex for storage or equipment, score boards, tennis courts, multi-purpose turf in PE complex, small capital repairs, perimeter fencing, laundry facilities, and FF&E. Status:  Bids open August 24  Baseball and ancillary buildings - Geohazard investigation draft report due August 10, design footing and foundations per geohazard report, DSA submittal late August

  7. K18-35725: Demolition of Kent Avenue Maintenance Facilities Project Summary: Demolition of Maintenance Facilities along Kent Avenue, Gardening Shed in Lot 10, and Batting Cages. Status:  Field demolition is complete with the exception of the announcer’s booth due to migratory birds nesting on the structure.

  8. I21-35617: Organic Farm/Garden Enhancements Project Summary: New prefabricated, DSA pre-approved building for classroom and demonstrations for organic farm & associated programs. Status:  Parking lot/site improvement package bids came in high. This project will be rebid in the late fall/winter.  Geohazard report is currently in development  Construction Documents under development, DSA submittal scheduled for week of 9/18/17

  9. I26-35610: Jonas Center and Building 18 Project Summary: Multi-purpose facility to seat at least 275-300 for seated dinner, commercial kitchen, stage, and Jonas Center staging, etc. Status:  Construction Documents under development  Anticipated Bidding January 2018

  10. I49-35618: Pomo Cluster Project Summary: Buildings 1-7, Envelope improvements, windows replacement, mechanical repairs, flooring, painting, small capital repairs. Status:  Anticipate artist’s renderings September 2017  Anticipate Construction Documents November 2017

  11. I50-35613: Admin Cluster Project Summary: Buildings 8-12, Envelope improvements, roofing replacement, windows replacement, mechanical repairs, flooring, painting, small capital repairs. Status:  Bid Documents for Bldg 8, 9, 10, 12 and 18 roofs due August 18, 2017

I51-35620: New Miwok Center Project Summary: Buildings 13-16, All-new center for wellness, recreation, aquatics, athletics and kinesiology, designed for students and community access; The new Miwok Center will include a new gymnasium, Olympic size pool, warmup lap pool, and wellness center. Status:  Design/Build awarded to Blach/ELS on July 18, 2017  Design documents are being developed

  13. I55-35616: Outdoor Amphitheater Project Summary: To build outdoor amphitheater to seat 250 guests with outdoor stage, sound system, accessibility to existing sidewalks and pathway to existing parking lots. Status:  DSA submittal scheduled for September 20, 2017  Submitted CGS (California Geological Survey) and DSA Outdoor Water Use Applications July 17, 2017

  14. I57-35623: Demolition Project Project Summary: Demolition of existing Corp Yard Facility and Buildings 11, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, and other facilities as needed. Status:  Abatement is completed in Buildings #11, #18 and #19  Building #22 & #23 is scheduled to be completed with abatement 8/25/17
