 The goal was developed during the 2014-15 school year: “The goal of the ECA committee is to appropriately support RSD extracurricular offerings and maintain the midpoint of the third quartile (EdPlus comparable data) on a yearly basis in order to attract and retain high quality staff.” Cost to sustain goal for 2019-20 is $14,234

Add a new year round HS Weight Room coach (one coach per high $6,242.50 $24,970.00 school) 5. Add a new Assistant Girls Wrestling coach (one assistant per high $4,496.00 $17,984.00 school) 6. Add one additional Elementary Cross Country (three coaches for $164.00 $820.00 elementary schools with three physical education teachers)

The fall of 2 2019, 19, the ECA committee tee will consider der the followin ing g for implementa mentation: tion:  Re-examine the current formula so as to ensure alignment that provides fair compensation  Develop a plan for Longevity pay  Create a consistent plan for analysis of Fine Arts stipends  Evaluate the ability to have a more fluid ECA budget for To Be Determined more flexibility  Consider more discretionary points  Analyze some stipends for accuracy of work compared to stipend amount, i.e. cheerleading
