Jürg Marquard Executive Chairman In 1965, Jürg Marquard founded the youth magazine “Pop”, laying the foundation for today’s Marquard Media Group AG, for which he sets a clear growth course. Other important milestones in his life included the appointment to Honorary General Consul to the Republic of Hungary in Switzerland in 1995, being awarded the honorary medal “Held der Freiheit” (Hero of Liberty) in 2006 and being awarded the Euro Crystal Globe by the European Institution of Economics. Jürg Marquard is married and father of five children. He has a keen interest in sports and was an active race driver.

Bijan Khezri CEO & Chairman of the Group Management Board; Member & Delegate of the Board of Directors Bijan joined Marquard Media Group in 2017, spearheading the transformation from a traditional publishing company to a brand- centric media platform dedicated to the operating model 'create.connect.transact.’ Prior to joining Marquard Media Group, Bijan served for six years as Group Board Director and Chairman of the US Advisory Board of Sportradar AG, the world's leading provider of sports data and analytics. Today, he is Chairman of the Board of EEM World, the owner and operator of the five-star Longines Masters equestrian tournaments in Paris, Hong Kong, New York, and Lausanne. Bijan is completing a PhD in strategy process at the University of St. Gallen. For more than twenty-five years, he has extensively published in the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. In November 2018, Bijan acquired a 20 percent stake in Marquard Media Group.
