M.Eng. PROGRAMME @ EEE Admission Requirements: • A good bachelor's degree with a minimum 2nd Class Honours (Upper) or Honours (Distinction) or equivalent. • A good GRE score is required for international applicants. • TOEFL /IELTS score is required for graduates from universities with non-English medium of instruction. http://www.eee.ntu.edu.sg/Programmes/ProspectiveStudents/Graduate/MEng PhD/Pages/AdmissionReqt.aspx
M.Eng. PROGRAMME @ EEE GRE requirement (Test date must be within 5 years or less from the date of application): Minimum GRE Verbal Reasoning (V) and Quantitative Reasoning (Q) scores must be at least 149 for each category with a total GRE scores (V + Q) equivalent to or more than 319. In addition, GRE Analytical writing score (AW) must be at least 3.5. IELTS and TOEFL requirements (Test dates must be within 2 years or less from the date of application) Minimum TOEFL score must be at least : 600 for paper-based test 250 for computer-based test 100 for internet-based test Minimum IELTS score must be at least 6.5.

PROGRAMME @ EEE • Pursue an independent and supervised research in an approved topic • Complete 3 courses or 9 AU equivalent with CGPA of 3 on a scale of 5 • MEng Confirmation Exercise • Compulsory short courses such as Information Literacy Programme – Information Research and Management for Postgraduate Research Students Seminar and Research Integrity Course

PROGRAMME @ EEE Application: • Admission is in August or January each year. • Applicants applying for admission with NTU research scholarships are encouraged to apply on-line (URL below) by 31 January for August intake and by 31 July for January intake. http://admissions.ntu.edu.sg/graduate/R-Programs/Pages/default.aspx here is an application fee of S$53.50 (inclusive of GST). .

Service Obligation • International students who choose to pay a lower tuition fee (and thus receive higher subsidy) will have to take up a 3-year service obligation. As part of the service obligation, the international student is required to work in Singapore-based companies upon graduation. • Singapore-based companies refer to local companies and international companies that have a base in Singapore which is registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
