What we asking reservists to do? Training One drill night a week Training weekend every 2 months Annual Deployment Exercises (summer camp) of 15 days. Often training with ‘paired’ Regular units with access to the latest military equipment On operational deployment 1 year in every 5 for 6 month deployment Other shorter term (2 weeks to few months) Mobilisation ‘voluntary’ and intelligent Notification minimum 9 months
Offer to Employers Financial support. Up to £500 per month for employers who have allowed Reservists to deploy on Operations. Developing new relationships. Employer Engagement Cells set up nation wide to keep employers informed. Developing mutual benefit . Leadership training coupled with skills training such as driver training, IT training, Medical training etc. Transferable skills. Reservists receive training in transferable skills that could cost a Company over £9000.

Pure Integration Military open days at football clubs , Sports clubs and Universities. Engagement
Exercise Rugby Challenge Brand new event in the “Challenge” theme. 120 youths aged between 14-18 years for 6 x days drawn from Schools across the West Mids. 60% boys 40% girls and sourced by WASPS RFC Based at KINETON and mix of Rugby and Mil trg. OFFICIAL SENSITIVE
